ITALBLOCK

The ItalBlock prefabricated module comes in the single module version or in the combined version to form complex structures made up of several modules. In the basic formula it is constructed with steel profiles with painted structural parts in view, water-repellent chipboard flooring and a PVC covering, sandwich panels in different thicknesses with polyurethane or rock wool thermal insulation, aluminium frames and customised electrical and plumbing systems.

This is a flexible and economical insulated monobloc suitable for both office and material storage and can be lifted with a load inside.

METALBLOCK

The most convenient solution for the construction site. Available in 4 sizes, it has bolted base and roof connection corners, a galvanized and painted sheet metal frame, water-repellent chipboard flooring with a PVC walking surface and walls and a roof with modular panels.

EDILFLEX

EDILFLEX is Metalbox’s flagship model with higher performance both in terms of structure and insulation and is used whenever greater requirements are needed. Used in structures with 2 or more floors, it is suitable for offices, dormitories, canteens and work camps.

Containers for construction sites

Container CE

It is suitable for any type of storage requirements on site. Equipped with lifting hooks on the roof, it has two-part doors that can be fully opened with a locking handle. The floor is in chipboard and the lifting capacity of 1500 kg is evenly distributed.

Container CM

It is built with corrugated sheet metal, suitable for the storage of materials and equipment. The floor is made of 35 mm wooden boards and the safety bolts on the walls ensure that the container cannot be dismantled from the outside.

Container CP

Suitable for ensuring maximum security, it is made with 4mm thick steel profiles and equipped with an anti-burglary lock. The walls are made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal and equipped with 4 air intakes. Rubber gaskets complete the 2-part door with locking handle and anti-burglary safety device. The floor is made of wooden planking or phenolic plywood. It has roof lifting hooks and a base suitable for a forklift. The CP line can be customized according to the customer’s needs and includes a choice of internal and external fittings. Thanks to its features, this is the ideal solution if you need more protection against theft.
